We provide our wedding chapel for wedding ceremonies and our reception hall for wedding receptions. We also have several great areas behind the chapel for outdoor weddings. Weddings scheduled for outdoors can easily be moved into the chapel if it rains. When you reserve a wedding date at White Lily Wedding Chapel, you are booking our facilities as a partial facility rental only. Your payment includes the facility rental in part, a representative, table and chairs that are already on location. Your payment dose not include any service providers, extra cleaning beyond normal operations, or repairs.

Service Providers

Rental of our facilities dose not include catering, photography, flowers, servers, parking attendants, a minister, or candles. However, we can recommend and also book theses services for you upon your request. We will only book and reserve the service providers that are on our recommendation list. These providers offer discounts apart from their regular pricing and service, if booked through White Lily Wedding Chapel. You can choose which services you want us to book for you. Any and all others you wish are up to you to reserve, book, follow up and coordinate your wedding schedules with theirs. We are not responsible for the service providers or anyone else not on our staff.

Representative Assistant

At least one representative of White Lily Wedding Chapel will be present during the rental period, including the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception. We will operate the sound system, video system, answer questions, take care of restrooms, monitor activities and handle emergencies.
A representative of ours will set up the tables and chairs according to the set-up plan established at the meeting between the bride and a representative of White Lily Wedding Chapel . Our director must approve any changes and additions to the set-up plan no later than the night of the rehearsal. If any changes are made after the rehearsal day, whether approved or not, White Lily Wedding Chapel and staff, and also any service providers will not be held responsible. Our representatives or staff will not be held responsible for lack of attendance or duties due to misconduct or any rude behavior on the part of the wedding party or guest.

Set Up
A representative of White Lily Wedding Chapel will help set up the tables and chairs according to the set-up plan established at the meeting between the bride and a representative of White Lily approximately one month before the wedding date. Wedding Director must approve of any changes and additions to the set-up plans no later than the night of the rehearsal.

A brides room is available in the Chapel.

Other
We cannot be held responsible for acts of God, power failures, road construction, road traffic, failure of other service providers, or activities outside our premises.

In the event of problems directly related to our facilities, such as severe plumbing or electrical problems, fire damage, etc, our limit of liability will be the rental fee only.
