When can I come by to tour the facility?
You can make arrangements with the director of the facilities.
How do I reserve a date?
First you need to find an available date, then you can come in and fill out our rental contract and pay $250 damage, security and reservation deposit. Under certain conditions, payment plans are available.
When will I need to pay the balance of my rental fee?
The balance is due 1 months prior to your wedding.
What is the damage /security deposit?
The deposit is used to cover any damages, excessive cleanup beyond normal use, or theft, that may occur by any persons, family, friends, guest, bridal party or others, during your time at White Lily Wedding Chapel facilities. The deposit is also used for any money owed and not paid, or for extended rental time. The $250 is due at time of booking, and balance is due 1 month before your wedding booking. If everything is satisfactory by the director, the entire $250 will be returned to you about 1 month after your wedding. If there are any damages, excessive cleanup, extended rental time, any money owed, or missing property of White Lily Wedding Chapel, the amount of the will be withheld from your deposit and any remaining will be returned to you.
What if I have to cancel after I have already booked?
If you have to cancel your date, your rental deposit will be returned to you if it is either more than 6 months away from the wedding date or if your date gets rebooked, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
All cancellations must be in writing by the renter.
What do I do if I planned to have my wedding outside and then it rains?
You may have your wedding and reception indoors.
Who will coordinate my wedding?
Someone on our staff will direct the rehearsal, wedding and reception.
Is there a kitchen? Yes, but absolutely no food preparation allowed. Only food storage.
Do children count in the number of guest allowed? Yes, ALL children, regardless of age, counts in the number of guest.
How much is the tax? Taxes are already included.
Bird seeds? Bird seed, bubbles, and rose petals are permitted outside only.
This a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside only in designated areas only, such as the parking lot. Clean up of any smoking materials such as, but not limited to, cigarette stubs, will be taken out of deposit. Any smoking inside could result in the loss of the damage deposit.
We cannot be held responsible for acts of God, power failures, road construction, road traffic, failure of other service providers, or activities outside our property boundaries.
In the event of problems directly related to our facilities, such as plumbing or electrical problems, fire damage, etc, our limit of liability will be the rental fee only.
No nails or tape are to be used without the approval of the wedding director.
(A donation is required for the Officiant on any wedding, or you may bring your own)
