Decorating
No nails or tape will be allowed on any painted or unauthorized surface.
No open candles allowed
Wedding Director of White Lily, must approve of all decorating plans prior to wedding day.
Any decorations or other, belonging to White Lily Wedding Chapel, missing or taken by accident, will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Catering and Kitchen area
The kitchen area provided for the caterers is not for cooking or preparing of food. NO food preparation of any kind will be allowed. This includes, but not limited to, slicing of fruit, vegetables, preparing sandwiches. This facility is for food storage only, during rental time period. The Health Department allows food prepared by a licensed caterer or the family only. If White Lily tablecloths are used and stained or damaged, a $15. Per tablecloth will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Alcohol
Champagne, wine, and beer may be served under these conditions:
The renter or representative of the renter, must bring, monitor, and serve the alcoholic beverages free of charge.
There must be a designated person over the age of 21 serving the alcoholic beverages.
They must ensure that minors are not drinking alcohol and that guest are not overindulging.
The alcohol beverages must be attended at all times, otherwise the alcohol will be removed.
NO hard liquor allowed, unless a security guard is present and on duty, and a bartender is serving free of charge.

Illegal Drugs
No illegal drugs are allowed inside or outside the facilities. Anyone caught in possession of illegal drugs will be reported the the authorities.

Smoking
This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside only. Clean up of any smoking materials such as, but no limited to, cigarette butts, will be taken out of deposit. Any smoking inside facilities could result in the loss of the damage deposit.

DJ or Band
DJ or band is allowed indoor or outdoors with controlled volume.

Extending Rental Period
Rental time can only be extended based upon availability and upon decision by management. Early arrivals or late departures need to be pre-arranged at the one month meeting before wedding date. An extra fee will be added if extended time is allowed.

Guest
Children do count in the number of guest allowed, regardless of age.

Other
We cannot be held responsible for acts of God, power failures, road construction, toad traffic, failure of other service providers, or activities outside our premises.
In the event of problems directly related to out facilities, such as severe plumbing or electrical problems, fire damage, etc, out limit of liability will be the rental fee only.
NO nails or tape are to be used without the written approval of the wedding director.
(A donation is required for the Officiant on any wedding, or you may bring your own)
